Báltico Apartment for Compact Spaces, Custom-Fit Furniture

Báltico is a renovation project developed in an apartment in Medellín, where the main challenge was to make the most of every available meter without sacrificing comfort, aesthetics, or functionality. To achieve this, the social areas were differentiated through materials, textures, and finishes, creating a clear visual reading between the living and dining areas within the same environment. The furniture was designed with precise proportions to occupy the least amount of space possible, maintain fluid circulation, and preserve ergonomic measurements that support everyday comfort. The result is a better-resolved apartment, where each piece supports long stays with comfort, warmth, and a welcoming feeling, proving that compact spaces can also feel spacious, functional, and sophisticated.
