1 General Information

Welcome to the Mobel Espacios website. By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

Mobel Espacios reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2 Description of Services

Mobel Espacios offers custom furniture design, manufacturing, and installation services for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Services include, but are not limited to:

• Personalized design and consulting
• 3D visualization and photorealistic renders
• Custom furniture manufacturing
• Professional transport and installation

3 Quotes and Payments

All quotes provided by Mobel Espacios are valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary according to market conditions and material availability.

To start a project, a minimum down payment of 50% of the total quoted value is required. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery and installation.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cash, and other means previously agreed upon with the sales team.

4 Delivery Times

Manufacturing times are estimated and vary according to the complexity and size of each project, generally ranging between 4 and 8 weeks. These timeframes begin from the approval of the final design and receipt of the down payment.

Mobel Espacios will make every effort to meet established deadlines. However, delays may occur due to causes beyond our control, such as material availability or force majeure situations.

5 Warranty

All our products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:

• Structural defects in the furniture
• Finish issues resulting from the manufacturing process
• Hardware and mechanism failures installed by Mobel Espacios

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, exposure to extreme humidity or temperature conditions, modifications made by third parties, or natural wear and tear.

6 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to texts, images, photographs, designs, logos, 3D renders, and graphic material, is the exclusive property of Mobel Espacios or its respective authors and is protected by Colombian intellectual property laws.

Total or partial reproduction of any content without prior written authorization from Mobel Espacios is prohibited.

7 Limitation of Liability

Mobel Espacios shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this website. The information contained on this site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8 Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Medellín, Colombia.
